Item care
  • Only cover the griddle when it’s fully cool and dry.
  • Never treat the cleaned griddle plate with oil or similar products.
  • Store in a dry, sheltered place during long periods of non-use.
Item Cleaning
  • While hot: Use a spatula and stainless steel sponge to remove food residue. Pour water on the griddle and scrub to push excess into the grease tray.
  • While cold or lukewarm: Spray a cleaner and let it sit. Use a sponge in circular motion to remove buildup, then wipe with a damp cloth.
